We had Advanced Kitchen Concepts renovate our kitchen and bring it up to date in mid September to mid October 2022.
From the initial meeting, working on the design, picking out the cabinets to the complete tear down of the old kitchen and installing the new kitchen cabinets, countertop, and hardware, it was as promised by Dave and his excellent crew.
Dave made great recommendations on the design of the kitchen and with modern lightening in the kitchen area.
It all went as Dave promised. The finished project is more than we pictured going into the renovation and remodel.
At the end of each day, they cleaned up the work areas and when finished, the kitchen was ready for us to move back into use again.
As an added bonus, they are excellent with our dogs. Each morning the dogs waited for the crew to arrive and greeted them as long lost friends. (have plenty of dog treats on hand)
A top flight contractor that we will (and have) recommended. We are looking forward to using them again for other projects.

AKC remodeled our old 1970’s green bathroom and made it look absolutely amazing. Dave and his team did an exceptional job and kept us informed every step of the way. Dave listened to us and answered all our questions. They were careful when bringing materials in and out of the house, and cleaned up every day before leaving. They have done a lot of work for me, each time they have done an outstanding job. They are timely and if there are any issues they get right to it. When doing the work, if they see something that needs to be done to complete the job correctly, they do it. Dave Titus is a great guy, very easy to work with he listens to you and offers great suggestion. He and his entire crew are just a great bunch of guys and they do great work.

This is an outstanding contractor. We are extremely pleased with the outcome of our bathroom – absolutely beautiful. This was a great experience and Dave is timely and always accommodating with our schedules. David has great ideas and suggestion, allowing us to pick our materials but he guided us with the products and manufactures that he has had experience with. David is extremely experienced, skilled and knowledgeable in all the trades. They were mindful and respectful of our home while doing the work always covering the floors and taking precautions. He even repaired and adjusted a wall that was off kilter and because he could not live with it and it would affect the outcome of the tile work. They left the home everyday as clean as when they arrived. His crew is also very personable and professional and a pleasure to work with. I have already recommended with out hesitation and will continue as Dave is an Extraordinary Professional.
